If you’re looking for a way to measure your monthly progress, look no further. This monthly subscription is designed to help you celebrate monthly victories and increase your accountability with monthly and quarterly measurements. Measurements are taken the first week of every month and subscription commitments can be purchased annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. With the Right Weigh monthly subscription we’ll start the year off by measuring the following biometrics:

  • Body composition with Lange skin fold calipers (measured quarterly).
  • Circumference measurements (measured monthly)
  • Height, weight and body mass index (measured monthly)
  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate (measured quarterly or by request)
