How many sessions will I need?
There is no set or required number of sessions; however, a 3-month commitment has been proven to yield very positive results. Meeting with your Wellness Coach on a regular basis will guide your journey toward and inspire forward momentum.
How long does a Wellness Coaching session last?
Each Wellness Coaching session is uniquely tailored to meet your needs and schedule. Ideally, after the free introductory meeting, there is a 60-90 minute visionary coaching session, in which you and the Wellness Coach identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three-month goals and the first steps. In subsequent sessions, 30-45 minutes, each week, month, or quarter — you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and resolve the most pressing issues, learn new things, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. Progress toward weekly goals is very motivating!
Are the sessions in person or do we talk over the phone?
So that I may partner with you, regardless of geographical location, sessions are generally completed via telephone or online. However, face-to-face sessions are welcome and exceptions can be made, based on your needs.
