We understand. There is no one program that is perfect for everybody or every BODY. When you hire us, we will take the time to learn about your priorities and what YOU want and need from your exercise program.
We’ll evaluate your beginning health and fitness level, work with your physician or physical therapist, if needed, and we will design your program accordingly. Your customized exercise program is based on your goals, your initial health and fitness level and your life. It’s about more than sets and reps; to us, it’s personal. There are several personal training formats including in-person in our private training studio, on-line from the comfort of your own home to hybrid programs that include wellness coaching or a combination of face-to-face and online options.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
With One-on-One Personal Training, you’ll benefit from individual supervision and a customized program design from an experienced trainer who puts you first. Your trainer will use a variety of exercises and ensure safe and effective exercise techniques to help you reach your goals and improve your overall lifestyle. If you prefer working out alone and your lifestyle requires some flexibility in scheduling, the one-on-one training option may be the best choice for you. Starting at $75 per session
SEMI PRIVATE / PARTNER TRAINING
Share your journey with a friend or make a new one. Semi Private / Partner Training offers all of the benefits of one-on-one training for both you and a your partner of choice. Program design is individually created but you can share the experience with a friend or family member for a reduced cost. Don’t have a partner? We will assist you in creating a partnership with an existing client. Starting at $60 per person/session
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Online personal training sessions allow you to stay connected to your trainer or coach while you’re traveling, unable to come to the studio or to stay connected via monthly subscription once your weekly sessions have ended.
PROGRAM DESIGN & EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
People Power puts the “personal” in personal training. There is no generic one-size-fits-all programming. A Masters Degreed, Nationally Certified, Exercise Physiologist, designs each exercise prescription. Programs are customized and tailored to meet your individual goals, your current physical conditions, preferences and/or your personal limitations.
POST-REHABILITATION & SPECIAL POPULATIONS
At People Power Personal Training, we have extensive experience with pre/post natal programming and preexisting conditions such as hypertension, diabetes management, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, Cancer and Parkinson’s disease. We take your recovery, management and health very seriously and will work with your physician and therapist to ensure the best care possible in continuing your physical efforts.
