Let’s face it; everyone knows that exercising is important and good for you, right? We have the best of intentions and thankfully we have even experienced some positive results in the past. So, what happened?

Tell me if any of this sounds familiar. Things got really busy at work and you found yourself burning the candle at both ends. You were really committed to changing your lifestyle before and didn’t see the results that you expected. You got sick, experienced an injury or you’re frustrated that you can’t do what you used to do. You were too tired, too busy, traveling too much, had too much on your plate, didn’t have the support you needed or you were waiting to start on the Monday that never came.

We understand. There is no one program that is perfect for everybody or every BODY. When you hire us, we will take the time to learn about your priorities and what YOU want and need from your exercise program.

We’ll evaluate your beginning health and fitness level, work with your physician or physical therapist, if needed, and we will design your program accordingly. Your customized exercise program is based on your goals, your initial health and fitness level and your life. It’s about more than sets and reps; to us, it’s personal. There are several personal training formats including in-person in our private training studio, on-line from the comfort of your own home to hybrid programs that include wellness coaching or a combination of face-to-face and online options.

The best package for you depends these three factors:

Comfort Level

  • Though we find that our clients are very supportive of one another, if you prefer working out alone, one-on-one sessions are the best choice for you.
  • If you appreciate the privacy of one-on-one but you’re comfortable sharing your time slot with one other person, semi-private training is the best choice for you.
  • Whether you bring a friend or make some new ones with us, group training offers individual programming with a built in support network. If you prefer to workout with a few other people this is the best choice for you.

Schedule & Time

  • If your schedule changes frequently due to work, travel or life. One-on-one training allows the most flexibility in scheduling and is often completed in less time per bout than shared time slots. Sessions can be used in person and online to prevent missed workouts.
  • If you appreciate a set schedule but are in need of some flexibility, semiprivate training allows you the flexibility to schedule from week-to-week, while sharing a portion of your session with others.
  • Group training sessions are usually an hour and are offered at set days and times each week.

Cost

  • All programs offer a thorough evaluation, customized program design, professional guidance and support at various levels of investment. Semiprivate and group training offer the same results for a lower investment. Ranging from $75 per session for one-on-one, $60 per session for semiprivate to $45 per session for group training.
  • Packages are offered to support your personal commitment to your goals, your investment in your own success and offer added amentities to aid your progress.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

With One-on-One Personal Training, you’ll benefit from individual supervision and a customized program design from an experienced trainer who puts you first. Your trainer will use a variety of exercises and ensure safe and effective exercise techniques to help you reach your goals and improve your overall lifestyle. If you prefer working out alone and your lifestyle requires some flexibility in scheduling, the one-on-one training option may be the best choice for you.  Starting at $75 per session

SEMI PRIVATE / PARTNER TRAINING

Share your journey with a friend or make a new one. Semi Private / Partner Training offers all of the benefits of one-on-one training for both you and a your partner of choice. Program design is individually created but you can share the experience with a friend or family member for a reduced cost. Don’t have a partner? We will assist you in creating a partnership with an existing client. Starting at $60 per person/session

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Online personal training sessions allow you to stay connected to your trainer or coach while you’re traveling, unable to come to the studio or to stay connected via monthly subscription once your weekly sessions have ended.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Make it fun! Training in a group setting has proven to increase accountability and camaraderie both inside and outside of the studio. Program design is individual, but exercise occurs in groups of 3-4 participants. Group training adheres to a set weekly schedule and is our most economical package available. Create your own group of a least 3 participants or join an existing group. Starting at $45/session monthly

HYBRID PERSONAL TRAINING

Hybrid sessions allow you combine services such as personal training and wellness coaching (see personal training transformation package) or a combination of in-person sessions and online sessions when coming to the studio presents a challenge.

PROGRAM DESIGN & EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

People Power puts the “personal” in personal training. There is no generic one-size-fits-all programming. A Masters Degreed, Nationally Certified, Exercise Physiologist, designs each exercise prescription. Programs are customized and tailored to meet your individual goals, your current physical conditions, preferences and/or your personal limitations.

POST-REHABILITATION & SPECIAL POPULATIONS

At People Power Personal Training, we have extensive experience with pre/post natal programming and preexisting conditions such as hypertension, diabetes management, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, Cancer and Parkinson’s disease. We take your recovery, management and health very seriously and will work with your physician and therapist to ensure the best care possible in continuing your physical efforts.

Getting Started ~ FREE Consultation

This is your opportunity to visit the studio, talk about your fitness goals and discuss the best approach to reach them.  You’ll get a complimentary body composition exam and collectively we will decide if we’re a good fit for working together.

Initiation* - Private $99 • Semiprivate $79

We’re going for it! We’ll review your health history, connect with your physician if needed, discuss your goals and start with the full fitness evaluation ($60 value) to determine the most appropriate program and exercises to meet your goals. Then we’ll schedule 3 – 30 minute exercise sessions to give you a great workout and a feel for the process. Ready when you are!

Inspiration Package - Private $300 or Semiprivate $240

You’re inspired and ready to try something new! In this package you’ll appreciate the time to move through a cardiorespiratory warm-up and a full body strength training and flexibility program.  You’ll learn how to execute your customized program design in 4-60 minute training sessions. This program also includes a full fitness evaluation and a personalized at-home program design to accelerate your progress.

Motivation Package - Private $1200 or Semiprivate $960

You’re motivated and ready to move! This package is designed to support your level of commitment to your fitness goals.  You’ll commit to training 2-3 times per week and it includes 20 one-on-one or semiprivate training sessions. We complete a full fitness evaluation at the at the beginning of our program and another full fitness evaluation at the 12-week mark to celebrate progress and design the next stage of programming. You’ll receive a personalized at-home program design and if you choose to, you may opt to weigh-ins and and complete circumference measurements every 2 weeks. You’ll also receive a  health & wellness coaching session to support additional goals and behavior change. As an added bonus, you’ll have a guest pass for a friend to join you for a workout.

Transformation Package - Private $3000 or Semiprivate $2400

This transformation is a 3-day per week and just over a 3-month commitment. It includes 2 personal training sessions per week and 1 weekly coaching session. You’ll be encouraged to set weekly goals, you’ll have unlimited email support and will receive ongoing information to support your transition. Over the course of your commitment, you’ll complete a pre and post fitness evaluation and you’ll have a personalized at home program.  If you choose too, you will weigh-in and complete bimonthly circumference measurements to track progress. When you’re ready, we’ll take a close look at your dietary intake, make a date to explore the grocery store and design a meal plan that fits your lifestyle. You’ll have 2 guest passes to invite a friend to join a workout with you and you’ll be able to participate in any workshops for a reduced price.
